I'm particularly passionate about helping people realise their leadership potential, navigate the uncertainty that comes with change and transition at work and become confident, conscious and resilient leaders.After working for many years as a senior leader in conservation I feel particularly passionate about supporting others in the not-for-profit or 'helping professions'. In particular I support them to understand and accept their strengths, regain some work-life balance and use their skills to increase their impact, without burning out.How am I different to other coaches? About me

My experience and qualifications

  • Credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I am committed to continuing professional development and I adhere to their ethical guidelines, so you can be confident in the standard of my coaching.

  • Varied background before coaching. Over 13 years of experience working with a variety of not-for-profit organisations and large charitable bodies, organising events and managing, leading and developing programmes and teams.

  • I also have a Master of Science (MSc) in Conservation and Biodiversity and am a Kinship Conservation Fellow so I understand the challenges faced whilst working in the environmental sector.

  • Over 500 hours of team and individual coaching experience since qualifying. I use my experience to support you in the most useful way at the most useful time.

  • I have a wide range of tools and approaches to draw from and understand the theory underpinning coaching, so we can find the right approach for you.

  • Regular supervision enables me to focus on my own personal development so that I can be the best coach for you and ensures I am adhering to the ICF code of ethics.

  • High levels of empathy and a respectful and intuitive listener.

  • The courage and willingness to tell it how it is, when you most need to hear the truth!
