I'm particularly passionate about helping people realise their leadership potential, navigate the uncertainty that comes with change and transition at work and become confident, conscious and resilient leaders.After working for many years as a senior leader in conservation I feel particularly passionate about supporting others in the not-for-profit or 'helping professions'. In particular I support them to understand and accept their strengths, regain some work-life balance and use their skills to increase their impact, without burning out.How am I different to other coaches? I know my clients would say intuition, calming nature and insight grounded in empathy, that allows me to be both supportive and challenging.

Sometimes you need coaching at the times when you can least afford it. I have some slots available on Wednesdays, which operate on an honesty-based, pay-what-you-can-afford basis. Please get in touch for current availability.
